So, I finally get a "I told you so" moment courtesy of Rush Limbaugh.
Mr. Limbaugh finally came to the realization that Mitt Romney is NOT a conservative. Rush said so on his Thursday or Friday show, October 13 or 14. (Sorry, I should have written it down when he said it.)
I've told you this before. Fundamentally,
Mormons are liberal because they believe in "progressive revelation." The Mormon god, who is just a glorified man, is always changing and learning new things as he grows, and so progressively reveals new things to the Mormon church 'prophet.'. So what was true last year isn't necessarily true today.
Yikes!
The confusion that Utah is a "conservative" state arises from the confusion between being
"Conservative" v. "Old Fashioned," as I've written before.
See. I told you so.
(As I write this, Drudge is reporting that Sarah Palin has changed her party affiliation on her Facebook page from Republican to "Conservative." There's a difference there too.)
