A real Mormon hymnreferencing Kolob (see post, below)
where the Mormon god of this world lives.
(Even the JW's know who the "god of this world" is.)
But what about that line "Gods began to be?"
Is this the type of traditional hymn you sing when you worship God?
When was the last time you sang about Kolob?
Do you have ears to hear?
I thought I should capture this review before it's taken off Hugh Hewitt's book site at Amazon. (Per my previous post about another too truthful review.) This from a former Mormon. I've been trying to tell you this, but maybe you'll listen to him.
GONE!
This fair review of
"A Mormon in the White House?"
removed from Hugh Hewitt's Amazon site!
If you expose any truth about Mormonism on his site, it will be taken down.
An excellent review [referring to a previous review] of why evangelical Christians should not in good
faith vote for Romney. Adam, with all due respect, you have it all
wrong.
Romney and his ilk don't believe they will become "like"
God....they believe they will become Gods THEMSELVES.
As to their faith
in "Christ", the Jesus of Mormonism is an extraterrestrial from the
planet Kolob!
How naive you are. This frighteningly dangerous
pseudo-Christian cult not only has it's followers duped, it appears to
have you duped as well.
As to "grace," as an ex-mormon I can plainly and
emphatically state that mormons believe they are 'saved' (i.e. can
become a God, create their own earth, have sex in heaven with their
Goddess wife who they were 'sealed' to in the temple, and populate
their earth with their spirit babies) not by grace, but by WORKS. [Example: you HAVE to learn secret passwords and handshakes to get into the highest heaven in Mormonism. You HAVE to do baptisms for the dead, although no one knows how many. These are works. You even call them Temple WORKS!] This
isn't even remotely Christian.
I don't know who's more dangerous to
evangelical Christianity..... Romney, or who those who are so
completely fooled by the mormon rhetoric.
For ye are yet carnal
While I'm certainly worried about the effect Mitt Romney as President will have on Evangelical Christianity (especially on those who love the lost Mormon people and specialize in Mormonism. I can see the government harassment now. Also, here's an interesting take from
The Way of the Master radio), the answer to the question above is: The more dangerous is those who are fooled by Mormon rhetoric and have compromised. It's
2 Corinthians 11:4 (liberal christianity, if there is such a thing) all over again.
For if someone comes to you and preaches a jesus other than the Jesus we preached, or if you receive a different spirit from the one you received, or a different gospel from the one you accepted, you put up with it easily enough.
Black clouds
While it saddens me that a lot of Christians are lazy (don't know the Bible) and undiscerning (still living the 60's lie, "live, and let live") and ARE fooled by Mormon rhetoric (partly their fault, partly the fault of their elders), a more serious problem is that many who claim to be christian are showing their true colors, willfully compromising with Mitt Romney.
Christian, remember who tempted Eve in the Garden with the lie, "Surely you will be like God"? It was the same one who, in Isaiah 14 said, "I will be like the Most High." But the Most High says he will be brought low.
In Mormonism, (their) lucifer is (their) jesus' brother. (And, in Mormonism, he's your brother too.) The Mormon lucifer is not quite as evil as the devil in the Bible. He even appears in their temple ceremony! As a friend!
And they listen to him when he tells them to put on their aprons! (Whereas, I hope, Christian, you are careful to NOT listen to the devil.)
To think you can be a god someday, or even "like" god someday, is blaspheme. You Jews should know that too. Hell was prepared for the devil and his angels. Unfortunately, those who listen to him and follow his lies will also be following him there. You will NEVER be like the Most High. No matter how many baptisms for the dead you do.
Don't vote a blasphemer into the White House. Don't put a Mormon in the White House. Don't vote for Mitt Romney for President.
